Help Our School’s Students by Supporting the Saint Monica School Fund

cool campaign (Logo)

Studies show that students perform poorly when the classroom is too hot. By providing a comfortable, air conditioned environment we can expect our students to be able to concentrate and remain focused on the task at hand. This will result in improved test scores and a better learning experience. Air conditioners will also improve the air quality and create a safer space for students suffering from asthma and allergies.

For this project to succeed we are turning to our community to help us raise the necessary funds. Due to the fact that we are in two school buildings we are facing a more complicated and expensive task. We ask that you make a donation to help us reach our goal of $800,000.

Direct Your State Taxes to St. Monica School

Did you know it’s easy to redirect your state tax dollars to provide financial aid to our school? The EITC program is designed to allow eligible businesses and individuals to designate their tax dollars to support schools. This is one of the few opportunities you have to direct your tax dollars to a specific destination. These donations are then used for tuition assistance. The program requires a minimum of only $1,000. You are eligible if you individually OR your business pay $1,000 or more a year in income taxes to the State of Pennsylvania. In return, you receive a 90% tax credit for your 2-year commitment.
