Children Are Receiving Extended Services

St. Monica School provides an extended day care program entitled “CARES”. This program is open to students in Grades K-6. The children are supervised from 3:00 PM until 5:30 PM. CARES takes place in the Junior School and Senior School Hall.
The CARES program is staffed by experienced, devoted teachers, and lay personnel. These people, employed on a full time and part time basis, work together to provide the children with an atmosphere of acceptance and care. There is time set aside for written homework (grades 1-6), snacks, indoor and outdoor recreation, games, and art activities.
